The rarer a skill, the more valuable it is.
Imagination:
It is what we use to come up with things that don’t exist yet. You can use it to produce pretty obvious stuffs or incredible never seen before wonderful stuff
Judgement:
Its the product of knowledge and experience and you will develop it faster by doing your research, speaking to specialists and exposing yourself to as much as possible. Don’t use gut, use brain(rational)
Adaptability:
If you are doing something thats never been done before or at least you have never done before, there will be lots of lessons to learn along the way.
The right kind of changes will make your idea better and open up opportunities.

- interpret the info - very often people offer a specific change rather than an observation because they think it makes them sound better.
- you need to apply some intelligence to find the reason behind an observation or piece of feedback
- decide what actions to take
Communication:
Write it in one sentence description People don’t need all information, they just need to know what applies to them. Because there are lots and lots of things happening in their life. You need to keep it in short.
Persuasion:
- Share something of value
- give them autonomy
- share a vision
- be good to work with
Tenacity:
- rarest of all is the ability to see project through to completion
- become a completer of started side projects
- get things out faster
- tenacity is the rare and valuable super power
- develop it and the world is yours
