There are 2 lengths of nap.
One is a short nap of 15 mins to 20mins → great for increasing your alertness and motor skills. If you are feeling a bit sluggish, this is the one to go for. It will help you reignite your spark and improve your concentration.
The other option is 90 mins → REM Sleep. It is good for new connections and helping you solve problems.
