DT not effective in Pure Improvisation or Jugaad

• It denotes frugality in both approach and outcome.
• It adopts part of DT prototyping and testing and not so much of empathy and systematic ideation.
• Those who improvise and create good enough solutions to their (own) problems do not bother to adopt DT, let alone be disciplined.
• They think, test, fail, iterate and then produce, though often achieving the desired scale.
